Managment Team 

DSARM’s leadership and personnel are former senior U.S Department of State – Bureau of Diplomatic Security, Diplomatic Security Service (DS), Intelligence and U.S Marine Corps Personnel. All DSARM personnel have experience working and living in high risk and at risk countries.

 

Our personnel can manage emergency situations and everyone has a level of proficiency common to individuals that operate in high or at risk environments on a day-to-day basis.

Jerald Barnes is the Chief Executive Officer for Diplomatic Security and Risk Mitigation.  Jerald completed 23 years as a Diplomatic Security Service (DS) Special Agent and retired as a Senior Agent.  Prior to serving with DS, he was a Washington D.C. Police Officer and Detective.  In addition, Jerald was the first International Security Specialist for the USG Millennium Challenge Corporation.  He is a graduate of the University of the District of Columbia and was trained as an import – export specialist by the University of Florida.  

 

Mr. Hendricks has 25 years of progressive accomplishments leading operations and training management initiatives for the United States Marine Corps, start – up companies and diversified international corporations. He has established safety programs to reduce on the job hazards and injuries, designed supply chain solutions to correct company losses to maintain accountability and is a former Marine Corps Security Guard Force Commander for two American Embassies. Mr. Hendricks is a subject matter expert when it come to the Mine Resistance Ambush Protected (MRAP) vehicle and Instructor mentor.

“Barrister John Baiden is the General Counsel for Diplomatic Security and Risk Mitigation. He is currently in private practice and has lectured since 2008. He currently lectures Banking and Law at Central University College (Ghana). His specialties are Trade and Financial Services, but by and large a general legal practitioner. He lectures Treasury and Risk Management, Law of Banking, Bank Operations and Ethics, Investment Management, Monetary and Financial Systems, and Element of Banking. Barrister Baiden is a member of the Ghana Bar admitted to Practice as Solicitor/Barrister of The Supreme Court of Ghana Judicature. Barrister Baiden received his LL,M in 2009 (cum laude) from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law, in San Diego; JD in 2008 from California Southern University School of Law, Irvine, California; M.Sc. in 2007, (Distinction-Summa Cum Laude) from Mercy College, Dobbs Ferry, New York; MBA in 2003 from Wisconsin International University and University of Ghana, and B.Sc. in Business Administration in 1984 from Georgia State University.

Lawyer Baiden is an accomplished author. The following are his book titles: “The Value of Off-Shore Banking to the Global Financial System”; “Inflation Targeting, why the value of money matters to you” ; and “Exchange Traded Funds.” He also has the following scholarly papers posted on the Social Science Research Network at http://www.ssrn.com: ” Exchange Traded Funds-Advantages and Disadvantages”; “Sovereign Wealth Funds-Impact, Concerns and Laws”; “Cyber Crimes”, “Transfer Pricing”; “The 5 C’s of Credit in the lending Industry”; and “Exchange Rate Determination in Ghana”; Lawyer Baiden was inducted into Delta Mu Delta (International Honor Society in Business Administration), Beta Upsilon Chapter, Mercy College, in 2007. In recent times Barrister Baiden solely sued the Bank of Ghana for not being able to maintain a stable currency for Ghana, however the Supreme Court of Ghana declined jurisdiction for want of requisite competence to determine the matter.
